Card Prep Instructions

Before mailing cards for grading, prepare them by handling them carefully:

Handle with Care

Always handle your cards with clean hands or cotton gloves. Hold cards by the edges to avoid fingerprints and surface damage.

Clean Gently

Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently clean the card surface. Avoid harsh chemicals, liquids, or abrasive materials that could damage the card.

Protect with Sleeves

Insert cards into penny sleeves first, then place them in semi-rigid card savers for maximum protection during shipping.

Package Securely & Include Order Number

Organize your submission with labels and your submission form. IMPORTANT: Write your order number on a piece of paper and include it in your package. Package cards in a sturdy box with adequate padding, bubble wrap, and proper shipping labels.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for properly preparing and cleaning your cards before submission. Sunk Grading & Sales LLC does not clean cards under any circumstances.

Grading As-Is: Cards will be graded in whatever condition they arrive. Any dirt, fingerprints, or surface issues present upon arrival will be reflected in the final grade.

Order Number Required: You must write down your order number (provided after submission) and include it on a piece of paper inside your package. Failure to include your order number may result in processing delays.
